HOW IT WORKS

We set up all new patients with a 3 visit plan that takes between 12-24 weeks to complete. This allows us adequate time to listen to you/your child and to co-create a treatment plan and implement those plans as well as assess outcomes. These can all be done via telemedicine or in office/home.

Visit 1: 1-1.5 hours. Take full history, explore concerns, complete an exam, thoughtfully order any labs/studies that could help with diagnosis and treatment, then discuss next steps. Treatment plan emailed to family.

Visit 2: 45-60 minutes. Usually 4-8 weeks later. Review lab reports, discuss current concerns, strategies, any extra testing that might be useful. Adjust treatment plan to address findings. Set up follow up.

Visit 3: 45-60 minutes. 4-8 weeks later. Review any labs that have not been discussed. Discern how treatment plan is working/what needs to change, how the child is feeling.

Following completion of a treatment plan, your child will remain on our roster as a patient and we can see your child on a prorated fee-for-service basis for 1 year as needed for illness/concerns. We will not be a replacement for primary care provider/wellness care but an extra ally on your child’s health journey. Following the one year, if you wish to remain a patient on our roster, there is an annual membership fee to remain on active patient roster; all care from there is rendered at the fee-for-service rate.

Due to the nature of our practice, we do not accept insurance.

Practice providers are not on-call but will respond to email inquiries within a timely fashion. If the question is such that it takes more than 15 minutes of time to respond, you will be asked to schedule a visit. We have families too and strive for an appropriate life/work balance so that we can be healthy to serve our population.

It’s important to me that you and your child feel comfortable.
